We are a small business (husband & wife team) established in 2021 with a background in hospitality working in local awarded restaurants/pubs, producing a range of artisan handmade items (preserves, confectionery, desserts, ice cream & dog biscuits)

We pride ourselves on creating unique flavours and products that you wouldn't be able to Normally get, for example our 'lemon & Bee pollen marmalade'.

We were also lucky enough to gain some work experience at 'Gordon Ramsey Petrus, Hambleton Hall, Hambleton Bakery, Barrafina'.

During our years of cooking professionally, we have not only developed a massive sweet tooth but also many dessert recipes which we know you will find delicious and will leave you wanting more.
